On 25 May 2018, the new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will enter into force.
The purpose of the GDPR is to ensure the protection of individuals’ personal data. Natural persons will have greater control over their personal data, while companies only need to comply with a single set of rules when conducting business in several EU countries. According to the regulation, personal data is all information about an identifiable natural person.
The regulation distinguishes between general personal data and sensitive personal data. Sensitive personal data is never processed by us without prior consent. However, we can register the following general personal information about you in our registers.
